Promises...

When I decided to run for mayor I made myself three promises:

1. I wasn’t going to make promises I couldn’t keep.

2. I wasn’t going to lie to anyone or pretend to be something I’m not in order to get the job.

3. I wasn’t going to be a candidate that just talked about doing things; I was actually going to get out there and DO THINGS.

Relatedly, I had another awesome morning helping out over at the Mount Gilead Food Pantry today! Such a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends and serve my neighbors.
