You heard sirens this morning from our fire department while they were honoring the first responders of 9-11. The sirens rang in remembrance of the exact times when the planes hit the towers. Our volunteer fire fighters hoisted a flag on one of the fire trucks, where it can still be seen right now.

A reminder to not take things for granted. And a reminder to not take our first responders for granted.

Sirens rang at the times the North Twin Tower was struck (8:46 a.m.), the South Tower (9:03 a.m.), the Pentagon (9:37 a.m.) and outside of Shanksville, Pa. (10:03 a.m.).
